The print department consists of B3 (500x350mm) Heidleberg presses consisting of 1 five-colour, 1 four-colour, 2 two-colour and 2 single-colour and we run a double-day shift system with the factory open from 5.30am until 10.30pm.

With all the presses running from the same size plates it enhances our flexibility for producing jobs quicker in order to meet clients deadlines, it is possible for
requirements to be met within 24 hours.

All our press operators are traditionally trained. DATS has stringent quality systems to minimise any errors and customer confidentiality is of utmost importance.

We specialise in all aspects of business stationery, enhanced with our new
investments we are able to offer very competitive costings for short run colour work.
